Revision Hub
By creating an account or using the Revision Hub ("the Hub"), provided by Sernio, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should also be happy for you to use the Hub — the school has agreed to make it available to its Year 10/11 students.
The Hub is only for current Year 10 and 11 students at Cardinal Newman Catholic School, verified via a school email address or school Google account. Accounts are personal to you — don't share your login with anyone else, and don't use someone else's account.
Newman is an AI assistant designed to help with revision. It is not a substitute for a teacher, and it can make mistakes — always check important facts (like exam board specifics or grade boundaries) with a teacher or the official exam board materials. Please don't use Newman to try to get answers you're not supposed to have during an actual exam, or to attempt to bypass its safety rules — accounts found doing this may be suspended.
The Hub is for personal revision and educational use only. Please don't:
Past papers and course materials on the Hub are either original content or used with appropriate permission — they are provided for your personal revision only and shouldn't be shared outside the school. Teacher-provided slides and materials remain the property of the school/teacher who created them.
We do our best to keep the Hub running smoothly, but it's provided "as is" — we can't guarantee it will always be available or completely error-free. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time as the Hub develops.
We may suspend or close an account that misuses the Hub, or if the school asks us to (e.g. because a student has left the school). You can ask us to close your account at any time.
The Hub is a revision support tool, not an official source of exam board information. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for decisions made based on Newman's responses or any errors in past papers or materials — always cross-check important details with your teacher or the exam board.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and let the school know.
